the colors look good cuz i extracted them from a photo. just found out abt the standard cross-cultural sample and its definitely interesting. idk abt this super alien and calculated approach to neutrally categorizing the different cultures of the world. it obviously is giving a bit of eugenics and a bit of dystopia. but also like maybe homie was just really trying to understand humans in the best way he knew how and i guess thats ok and he can do that scientifically. hard to say. there is a study(?) that uses this index/inventory/list/ that is public and says shit like this: Animal Manure Used: Primary Crop [SCCS1357], None/Absent: 48 societies, Yes/Present: 9 societies. or things like this: Size of Maximal Effective Kin Group [SCCS1754], absent 34 societies, present 59. i dont know what thate means but ill look it up i guess. obviously i had to look up homosexuality and the one thing said that it was present in 39 communities and absent in 40. but then the other one said this: Accepted/ignored: 9 None: 4 Ridiculed, no punishment: 6 Mildly disapproved: 4 Strongly disapproved: 17 so im confused because only 4 is none. different studies i guess.
